Commercial Automobile
This policy covers insurance for your commercial automobiles that are not
used as a public or livery conveyance for passengers. This includes truck type tractors,
together with pick up, express, sedan delivery and panel delivery types and automobiles
customarily used in the occupation, profession, or business of the insured.
Workers’ Compensation
This policy provides coverage for the legal obligation imposed upon an
employer by the Workers’ Compensation or any Occupational Disease Law of a State.
Liability protection is provided to an employer against claims for bodily injury by
accident or disease, including death sustained by any employee arising out of and in the
course of employment, except claims for which Workers’ Compensation benefits are
payable. Liability assumed by the employers under any contract or agreement is excluded.
Commercial Package Policy
Specially tailored insurance coverage for businesses that have unique
characteristics, including property, general liability, crime, inland marine, and business
interruption.
Commercial Umbrella
This policy provides excess insurance over your automobile, general
liability, employer’s liability, and watercraft liability policies. |
