Beware of Fraudulent E-mails

E-MAIL FRAUD

Partners Mutual Insurance Company has been made aware that there are criminals using company logos and other information to commit fraud.  PMIC Insurance provides insurance for Homeowners, Automobile and small commercial lines business in the United States and only in the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Iowa.  PMIC writes insurance only through licensed agents in these three states.

We DO NOT insure lottery winnings or any other money transfers and we write no business internationally or outside of our three states.

IF YOU'RE A VICTIM

If you have received an email claiming that you have won money, it is certainly a scam to get money or information from you.  You should not respond to these e-mails and you certainly should never give out any information to anyone involved in such schemes.  The best thing to do is to ignore such emails and delete them.

If you feel you may have been a victim of such a scam, please contact your local police and report this crime.

PMIC'S E-MAIL POLICY

Partners Mutual Insurance Company DOES NOT contact our customers via email.  We also DO NOT ever ask for personal information such as bank account numbers or other personal information.  If we have a legitimate business relationship with you, your local Independent Agent would obtain necessary information needed to conduct our business.
